Queen Elizabeth death mourning has started, as people are shocked by the news of the Queen’s demise.
Buckingham Palace’s statement read, “The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
The King and Queen Consort titles are being referred to as the new King of the UK, Charles, and his wife, Camilla, as Queen Consort. The new King’s title is confirmed to be as the King Charles III.

Queen Elizabeth II was the longest reigning monarch who was resilient, steadfast, a strong lady, and who spent her whole life serving for the people of Britain.
There is a plethora of people gathered outside Buckingham Palace in London and at the gates of Balmoral estate to mourn the Queen’s death.

As concerns rose about Queen Elizabeth health condition, the second in line to the British throne and Queen Elizabeth’s grandson Prince William led other members of the royal family to Scotland’s Balmoral Castle.
According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen was being monitored by specialists at Balmoral after they began to be concerned about her health.
All the Queen’s children and grandchildren gathered at her Scottish estate near Aberdeen to be with her.
The statement read, “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health, and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.” It was noted that the Queen was “comfortable.”
Such a statement from Buckingham Palace was considered highly unusual. This was because the establishment frequently refrained from speaking about the 96-year-old monarch’s health problems. After all, they were viewed as private matters.
Queen Elizabeth II appointed Liz Truss as the new Prime Minister of England just two days before her death on 6 September 2022.

Prince Charles, her son, and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, are staying in Balmoral.
Her grandson, the Duke of Cambridge, other sons, the Duke of York and the Earl of Wessex, and his wife Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, landed at Aberdeen airport soon around 16:00 BST.
They travelled roughly 40 miles in a car by themselves, together, with Prince William, to the Queen’s Scottish home (64km).
Will prince harry go to Balmoral?
Harry is on his way to Scotland on Thursday to visit the monarch at Balmoral Castle, where Queen Elizabeth health condition was being monitored.
At this point, Meghan Markle is not travelling with Harry, as he is going solo to Balmoral. But, now for the Queen Elizabeth death mourning, she may visit at the funeral.
The WellChild Awards were set to take place in London today on Thursday, but Harry and Meghan have postponed their attendance. This week, they took a trip from their residence in California to the UK to meet with some charity organisations.
Several well-wishers released statements expressing their support for the Queen and her family in this difficult time.
The people who expressed their support included Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, American Prime Minister, Joe Biden, his wife Jill Biden, and others.
